Mike Anzures, PMP

Mr. Anzures is a highly competent management and technology professional with over 20 years of experience managing and delivering technology solutions to clients across a wide-variety of industry sectors that include financial services, health care, pharmaceutical, banking and technology. He has provided strategic leadership and delivered ERP solutions that include SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Lawson and Siebel. As a technology leader, Mr. Anzures has created financial models and justification to outsource datacenters in numerous countries and has led global teams providing SOx remediation solutions for corporations required to work within highly regulated business environments.

His expertise includes developing strategies and I.T. roadmaps, leading merger and acquisition assessments and implementing PMO’s (program management office’s) to implement quality frameworks and best practices.

Mr. Anzures is a graduate of Santa Fe College, and is a Six Sigma black belt and PMI and Prince2 certified project manager. He has hands-on experience using CoBIT, COSO, CMMI and ITIL frameworks.

Program Management Office (PMO)

Proficient in the establishment and management of PMOs for commercial clients; experienced with PMBOK, ISO 9001, Prince2, and Six Sigma.
