Ms. Calabro is a senior Business Analyst and Project Manager with extensive experience designing, developing and implementing solutions for Fortune 500 companies such as Pfizer, AIG and New York Life.

Michele is accomplished in building strong relationships across the spectrum of the corporate community, from corporate executives to technical resources to end users. This ability enables her to conduct effective interviews and facilitative work sessions to solicit business requirements, understand gaps and pain-points, and translate that information into innovative and effective solutions for her clients.

Ms. Calabro is able to combine business wants and needs with her knowledge of how systems are designed and used to create applications that exceed customer expectations and meet business objectives.

Her expertise includes the custom application development initiatives and the design and implementation of COTS/ERP solutions and workflow automation solutions. Michele is skilled in analyzing and re-engineering business processes to streamline workflows to achieve operational efficiencies.

Ms. Calabro has continued her education by taking courses in Computer Science from Montclair State University, in Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University, and in Accounting from Allegheny County Community College. Michele is also a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).

Solution Design & Business Analysis

Performed Business Analysis for an organization that designs, builds, and integrates unique payment solutions for governments, utilities and courts. Analyzed and documented internal requirements, produced Business Requirements Documents. Developed User Stories and Use Cases for existing and new payment product functionality. Participated as a member of the Scrum team and assisted with the implementation of the EPX Payments Platform.

  • Facilitated and managed all business analysis to solicit requirements for mobile workflow automated approval application; involved in development of system requirement specifications and every aspect of the System Development Life Cycle.
  • Developed QA Test Plans, performed system testing and managed user acceptance testing for numerous individual client projects.

  • Consulted for a major Wall Street bank; analyzed requirements and created reports and queries to satisfy complex requirements. Parameter-driven reports enabled users to run their own queries without having to request additional assistance.
